Construction Superintendent

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the project to make sure the subcontractors adhere to the project schedule
Provide guidance on all on-site activities (Set-Up, project closeout, demobilization, etc.)
Review quantity takeoffs and material takeoffs for the specific scope of work
Manage project safety and ensure all on-site activities meet safety standards
Review and approve timecards
Assist in the planning and execution of daily tasks
Supervise all activities On-Site
Help coordinate with equipment providers for project equipment (trucks, cranes, etc.)
Manage project labor with quality and safety standards in mind
Coordinate with the Project Manager to create and administer a project schedule

$100,000 to $150,000 per year

REQUIRED Experience

•Construction Superintendent: 5 years (Preferred) •Commercial construction: 5 years (Preferred)

Qualifications

5 years as a USACE/NAVFAC project superintendent

Licenses/Certifications

Driver’s License (Required)
OSHA 30 (Preferred)
First Aid/CPR (Preferred)

Travel Responsibilities

Ability to travel to project location for duration of the project.
