This included large amounts of earth work on shorelines, heavy dredging operations on the water, and the demolition and rebuild of an existing pier cross walk.
Company: Rore Project Title: Kirtland Renovation Project Government Agency: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Position: Superintendent Project Scope of Work: Renovation of existing two-story building and renovation of existing one-story building. Demolition of all existing MEP, interiors, architecture, and structure. Rebuild of both buildings including all associated appurtenances.
Company: McTech Inc. Project Title: Dormitories and Conference Center Project Government Agency: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Position: Senior Superintendent Project Scope of Work: New Construction of 4 dormitories and conference center for US Customs and Border Patrol in Harpers Ferry, VA. This was a full ground up build including all associated appurtenances such as full MEP packages, Fire Suppression Systems, Roofing, medium grade finishes, cast-in-place concrete foundation, sidewalks, curb and gutter, etc.
Company: Straub Construction Project Title: CI 30 Hanger Project – Air Force Government Agency: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Position: Superintendent/Site Safety & Health Officer Project Scope of Work: New build construction of CI 30 Hangar which included large amounts of steel erection, cast-in-place concrete slabs with large amounts of coated rebar placement, Full MEP, steel roofing, etc.
