Previously serving as Vice President of Field Operations and Chief Development Officer, Josh has played a key role in driving operational performance, expanding market presence, and strengthening client partnerships.

With more than a decade of experience across both public and private construction, Josh offers a balanced perspective on field execution and strategic growth. He is known for fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture and is committed to giving his best in everything he does – whether leading teams, supporting clients, or investing in his family.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys golfing, tackling home improvement projects, snowboarding, and staying active in the gym. He is happily married with two children and is passionate about modeling dedication, integrity, and balance in both his professional and personal life.
