Meet Matt Ellis! Matt serves as the Chief Executive Officer of ACE and previously held the role of President and Chief Operations Officer of ACE Consulting. He holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Construction Management and brings extensive experience across a wide range of markets, including higher education, healthcare, renovation, roadway, bridge, and water infrastructure.

As CEO, Matt provides strategic leadership and oversight for the organization, guiding operational excellence, client partnerships, and long-term growth initiatives. His deep industry knowledge and hands-on leadership style continue to drive strong outcomes for both clients and team members.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He is actively involved in coaching youth sports and enjoys playing golf.

Fun Facts: Matt has been with ACE since 2011 and proudly served four years in the United States Air Force. He has traveled internationally to Thailand, South Korea, and Japan.
