Position: Project Manager/Superintendent

Responsibilities & Scope: 

Delivered system implementations in the Texas area region including low voltage and electrical services. Worked on TXDOT and DOE in providing underground, above ground, and in building electrical systems. Designed and implemented sign off sheets, wrote change orders, created red line drawings for the end user, and managed/coordinated travel plans. Led and collaborated on a 20-member project management team for an electrical and fiber re-route project for the Department of Energy (PanTex). Effectively estimated labor and materials and negotiated best pricing with vendors ,subcontractors and suppliers to maintain the highest net profit possible. Conducted onsite walk through with General Contractor, and participated in meetings, including kick off meetings, with various trades, Superintendent, Architect, IT department, and General Contractor.

Provided technical leadership and facilitation of numerous system rollouts including queuing systems for the California Department of Motor Vehicles and the IRS, nationwide.
