Responsibilities & Scope: 

Conducts field inspections of pipeline facilities, electrical substation, fire suppression systems, Gas Testing, Power line equipment, transportation systems, Photovoltaic power station, and construction sites to evaluate the safety and performance, using appropriate testing equipment Identifies and reports operational deficiencies and coordinates with operators to correct, ensuring compliance with guidelines and instructions Provides training and technical assistance to pipeline operators, employees, and the public on pipeline dangers, safety procedures and the proper use of emergency response equipment. Prepares and/or reviews operational reports, daily work records, permit writing, and other required documentation. Prepares exhibits and testifies as an expert witness Commission hearing

Responsibilities & Scope: 

Fiscal leadership while working to reach the company’s long term goals and maintain organizational vision responsible for harmonizing many moving parts of complex projects coordinating workforce team of 90+ subcontractors, and performing budget allocation and analysis. Ensure that the project team understands all aspects of the prime contract relating to their respective responsibilities and demonstrate a thorough understanding of the prime contract checklist and organizational structure.

Responsible for monitoring and protecting workers performing their duties on the job site. Survey appropriate alarms while promptly contacting emergency response. Enforce all safety regulations, permits and policies. Work outside of confined space, responsible for monitoring Gas testing and protecting the workers entering the confined space, and alerting rescue if necessary.

Perform oversight, documentation, and air monitoring Gas testing, Permit writing for asbestos, mold, and lead and other hazardous materials. Operate and Calibrate field industrial hygiene equipment ( air sampling pumps, noise meters, and other real time monitors) Enforce all safety regulations and permits. Operating MX6, Noise Dosimeter, UltraRae 3000, Mini Rae. Permit writing, conduct safety meetings, and running Crews, conduct safety audits and creating new safety policies and putting them in place.
