Responsible for the successful implementation of the installation environmental management systems and environmental compliance programs on over 300 regulated military facilities located in the States of Alabama, Florida, and Georgia. The scope covered the following programs: National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Clean Water Act (CWA), Installation Spill Contingency Plan (ISCP), Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC), National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit (NPDES), Storage Tanks and Bulk Storage Containers (AST/BSC), Hazardous Materials Management Program (HMMP), Global Harmonization System (GHS-HAZCOM) and Emergency Planning and Right to Know Act (EPCRA) requirements for Federal, State(s) and the Department of Defense/Department of the Army Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health management requirements.
