Sarah Nipper serves as Chief Development Officer of ACE Consulting, where she leads the company’s national growth strategy, business development operations, marketing initiatives, and client relationship development. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business and a Master of Business Administration and brings extensive experience in federal contracting, strategic sales leadership, and market expansion.

Sarah joined ACE in 2020 and has held several roles within the business development organization, including Assistant to the Chief Development Officer, Business Development Manager, and Director of Business Development. This experience across every level of the team gives her a well-rounded perspective on ACE’s growth strategy.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. In her free time, you will likely find her traveling across Kentucky and Southern Indiana supporting her kids at baseball and softball tournaments.
